Under pocso case how will be informed for first hearing from court and

Hi I have filled a pocso case where sexual abuse happened to minor before 1 month after that we came to know only after she was not well she was pregnant 1 month and started bleeding we filled complant through hospital that person has been arrested .so my question is how will we be informed to attend court hearing.and that person mother is asking us to withdraw case do what is the process for it sir.and how many hearing should we attend court.

Dear Sir/Madam, Once arrested and once FIR issued the Police and more sections in the FIR and submit second FIR to the Court. You need not attend the Court and you may approach your Advocate that is Public Prosecutor and update him so that he can oppose release of the Accused on bail.
