Uncontested -dismissed as infructuous What is the meaning of this disposal? This petition is regarding quash petition in high court and I'm the respondent since the complaint was given by me I've came to know that the accused have filed quash petition in hc and court disposed it ,i didn't get any notice from the court

hi he might have earlier filed quash petition questioning the FIR and that the petition migjt be infructous because the police might have filed chargesheet now and he could file fresh quash petition to quash the chargesheet now and you might get notice now

File a Recall Application: You can file an application to recall the order, especially if it was passed without notice or hearing. Mention that you are an affected party and were unaware of the proceedings. What to Do Immediately: 1. Get a certified copy of the High Court order (showing “uncontested - dismissed as infructuous”). 2. File a recall/review application before the same court. 3. Attach proof that no notice was received by you.
