Uncle filed false case against our family for disturbing us

I am a Hindu. One of my relative (uncle) complained a case under 107/116 (c) against my whole family (Father, Mother, Me). It's a totally fake case, he is just trying to disturb us. So what will be the next step and is there any risk in govt. job?
This case has been filed before Executive Magistrate.Generally it is a petty case.bt magistrate has power to to issue warrent of arrest in case if he/she not appeared.there is risk in government got job only when u r detain more than 24hours

It is not clear to me why your uncle is trying to disturb you? Try to talk to your uncle and solve the matter mutually if it does not work then at the time of hearing of the suit mention all these before the Learned Court.As long you are not convicted in that case there is no risk in getting govt job.
