Hello since you have two different cases for the same cause of action the cases can be transferred to a single court by an application made to this behalf on the court from which you are seeking tranfer. since the whole process requires a lawyer to assist you through this so rather than seeking online legal advice, I would suggest you to meet a lawyer who would get this done for you. if the public prosecutor is the only advocate for you then it's better to hire some private lawyer who would do this job for you.

Need to file a writ petition in Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta to bring both the cases together and get direction to get justice at the earliest. These fraud cases are usually taken up very seriously by Court. For further information please contact our team of legal experts.
