I have been wrongfully pushed into a criminal case by a petitioner who challenged my father in law in court due to an 'Agreement to Sell' fallout , as I was just a signed witness I had no further role to play.Neither police chargesheet has found any evidence that suggests otherwise and my role has been just a witness. But to arm twist he has named me too on FIR.District court passed order to accept renewal of passport but each time I travel I have to seek court permission, can this be challenged

Highlight the inconvenience caused by seeking court permission for every travel, exceeding reasonable restrictions. Explore the possibility of applying for a modification of the district court order, requesting automatic renewal without requiring individual permissions for each travel. If modification fails, consider appealing the district court order in the High Court, arguing for relaxation based on your minimal involvement and lack of flight risk.

Yes, you could challenge it in your concerned High Court, it is your fundamental right under article 19 of Indian constitution to roam anywhere in the country and out side , you will surely get relief from the High Court. You just need to file a writ (petition) in High Court.

yes, it can be challenged but for that you have to file a case before the court to ask for the discharge note from the court. in case of discharge note there is no requirement to seek the permission of the court for travelling or for the renewal of the passport
