Travel Abroad If Leagal Case Pending

My friend has legal case pending, FIR was file against him on December under section 135, Theft case and police had bail him, Now police will investigate and make a Charge sheet after 20 days. Can my friend visit outside India for few days for some work.

yes he can visit with court permission so for he have to apply for permission and can get permission in 3 days for more help fell free for contact the case is pending for petty crime so he can quash the for also for above crime

aap bol rahe kya aap ke friend ke khilaf FIR register Hua Hai aur police 20 Din Mein charge sheet file Karne Wale Hai aapke dost is case main BEL par hai Agar unko India se bahar jaana hai toh unko Court ki permission leni chahiye Court ke permission ke Bina India ke bahar nahi ja Sakte
