Trapped by a fraud company involved in jobs how to proceed legally

i have been trapped by an on-line fraud company named infinity solutions. I got a call from this fraud company for a on-line form filling job. later on Indian consumer complaints website i found out that, this company had been cheating people in the name of job.It is a small scale fraud company, threatening people to pay money. so I quit doing the job. Later i got a mail where i had to pay sum of 7000 rs else legal action would be taken against me. Please help me with this.
Do you have any reliable source to believe that they are doing this online business fraudulently or legally. If they are not doing it legally then you don't go to pay the money which they have asked you to pay. Meanwhile check about the company and its legal sanctity whether they have registered or licence holder etc on which law they are permitted do so and how they have to carry about the business with customers and what is your liability under law.
