Transfering the Trial of a Juvenile from CJM to JJB

What petition is to be filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate to seperate or transfer the trial of a Juvenile to Juvenile Justice Board?
it could be filed only at Madras High Court. Because the CJM is of session judge. He can not transfer the case himself. the order of High court is important. the jjb is also a court deals with children crimes
