Transfer of Case from CJM Court to JM 2nd Class court

Sir I have filed an FIR to CJM Court regarding Robbery and Fighting with a woman. Now I've come to know that my case has been transferred from CJM Court to JM 2nd Class court without my information. Sir I want to know that how this transfer has taken place?
if the offence under which case is registered and it is later found that in that case JM 2nd class has jurisdiction to try on basis of punishment, then that court will transfer case to appropriate court to further proceed in this case.
