transfer case from ghaziabad to delhi

My sister filed case under section 406 and 420 in ghaziabad disctrict court. But it's been 3 years but there is no progress at all. I want to tranfer this case into karkarduma court, Delhi. Is it possible? We are residing in Ghaziabad and have aadhar card of ghaziabad only. Currently, there is no magistrate in the court in which these cases are running.

it possible if you want to transfer a case in consumer court transfer petition filed in Supreme Court solution in this case if you want to get a solution in the whole entire ki is you contact with I am practicing in Supreme Court and I Court Karkardooma

hello client as you said you wish to transpher the case .yes it is possible to transpher the case from gaziabad to delhi karkardooma court but to tranpher the case from gaziabad to delhi you need to follow the peocees in supeemw court if india then only it can get transpher the case from one state to other state.

u can get ur case transferred in other court room in the same court by filing application to district judge. u can get ur case transferred in other district by filing petition in high court u can get ur case transferred in other state by filing petition in supreme court. but in last two cases u have to show ur residence in the area where u want ur case to b transferres.
