how can i deal with this? i want to just threaten them to return my money without dealing with any police matter. can u give me a notice against them. so that i can take my money ? please this would be enough. thank u
As per your query in laws rato you can send a legal notice of a lawyer to the accused person a d asked for refund and also you can file a consumer case against them asking for refund of money and compensation for the delay litigation cost
