Took loan from my friend account using his id

Now i am unable to pay the emis but from 4 month i was paying on time.i surrender in front of him that i cant give the money right now but i will pay all the money slowly.he is not agrred. What he can do with me?will i have to have to go to jail for this

not necessary. please sit and mutually discuss the same. put everything in an agreeemnt and try to abide by the terms of the agreement. connect to S. S. Law Offices for further discussion on this matter 80 13 02 18 18
