To take bail against non bail case

Someone whom i didnt know has filed an assult case on me ..how to take an bail from that and after bail how to file a case to prove my self guilty as i have all the proof..

you can approach the cjm court and take regular bail by surrendering or you can also take anticipatory bail from the judges court. if you want to prove yourself guilty then you have to wait till the charges are framed and then you can simply say you don't want to face the trial as you say you are guilty and take punishment. but in case you meant you want to prove yourself innocent then also you might have to wait until the stage of framing of charge comes unless you have material to get the fir quashed under section 482 of crpc from high court. regards, Tanmoy Chattopadhyay, M.Sc (Net), LL.B (Delhi), Advocate, High Court, Calcutta,.
