Bail matters in sessions Court may take a couple of weeks. But it depends on the court and the documents which are to be produced in court. As far as the fees are concerned for High Court, my fees will be Rs. 5000/-.

Fees of an Advocate varries. If you are asking about the Court expenses, I must tell you, there will be two stages. First is the filing cost and the second is the cost for listing your matter.
Its always better to file bail application on High Court.
To know your date in the Sessions Court, you have to visit the Sessions Court of the concerned district and ask the Court staffs or clerk. There is no other way to know.

No fixed charges for charges. rather the potential of the lawyer determines his fees . do u feel jail is a place of enjoyment? apply for bail as soon as possible by hiring a good lawyer. otherwise the person will be frustrated.
