Repeat summons too accused. report not satisfactory. memo to SHO
In this what will happen to the accused and whose report is not satisfactory?
This means that the summons issued to the accused were not served on him and the report of the server who must have served the summons was not satisfactory. Thus the court has issued summons through SHO
