Hii gd evening...ek complaint case filed hua tha 2015 m ...is case mujhe y Janna h k summons served hue ya nahi ...hue h toh kis par served hue h?...pls helps me...

as i can see ur issue is seems to be judicial process is been alrrady intiated by the court. as you ard saying that you need to know about the summoms got served or not in this long time it might also be possible tht case has also been dismissed due to non process bybthe complainant . to knw tht proper status you need to tell us all the details.

Summon kisko serve hote hai kab hote yai ye judge ke Order sheet par mentioned hota hai to order ki copy niklege usme he pta chljaega
OR
If you can go yo court you can ask from the munshi present there.
