To get FIR with fresh jurisdiction in a case with multiple places of different cause of action, where MM of a certain district court had dismissed 156(3) crpc petition due to lack of jurisdiction

usually an MM will not decline lodging of FIR through 156(3) on grounds of jurisdiction because it is only once the trial begins that jurisdiction becomes relevant. FIR can be ordered by any MM so long as the offence is made out. we will have to see the order of dismissal before filling a fresh application for registration of FIR.
