To file an FIR against Central Government employees/officers for corruption and dereliction of duty, you'll need to follow a specific process. First, *Lodge a Complaint* with the disciplinary authority, which could be the Railway Court in your case. Provide detailed information about the alleged misconduct, including dates, times, and locations. If the Railway Court finds merit in your complaint, they'll initiate *Departmental Proceedings*. This involves a preliminary inquiry to determine whether there's a prima facie case against the employee/officer. If the inquiry finds evidence of misconduct, a *Charge-Sheet* will be issued, outlining the specific charges and allegations. In terms of the Prevention of Corruption Act, relevant sections include Section 7,Section 8 - and other sections For dereliction of duty, you can refer to the *All India Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1969*, which outline the procedures for disciplinary action against government officers.
