To close criminal case on my father after his death just now

How to close criminal case on my father in fraud case filed on him has just died as 2nd and last defendent, 1st previously died.

Well, if your Father has died and Criminal Case was filed on him, that case, will not get closed until the Judge does not declare its verdict in your Father's Case. However, as your Father has already been died, he will not get punishment if proved guilty or get conviction.

hey.....you can close the criminal case by filing and placing his death certificate on record. the criminal case gets abated on submission and filing of the death certificate of your father. you need to do it without much delay so as to avoid issuance of any warrant.
