TNPHW Act- wrongly Filled FIR.please help to out for this case

Hello sir..this is anand from hosur...i need some clarification.. Am worked 2014 in one factory at hosur.their is my reporting manager mrs.mary.age is 40..mine is 30 .she already married .her husband leaved her and not getted proper divorce.starting she behave like brother and sister.one day she did wrong in work,MD sent out without warning.Then she contacted for help.She purchased new house and asking for money 1.50laks.then she told i will pay every month and settled fully.I belived and gave the money to her account.one day she came and meet me and proposed..am not accepted coz i have to marry with another girl..i told not possible...but she told thats not a problem u come and enjoy with me.am not accept and went.once construction done she called her home.i belive she giving money but after enter home she locked the door and removed her dress and forced me to sex with her.then he blackmailed for marry me and give money and jewels.And daily u need to come my home .to be cont.o spac
