Timeline given to surrender if anticipatory bail granted from court

Respected sir , My name is  and I want to know that if any person gets anticipatory bail from the higher court then what is the maximum time to surrender himself/herself in the local court ? If possible then please answer me . Thank You .

It is not mandatory to surrender b4 trial court after getting Anticipatory bail..accused surrender b4 trial court to avoid unnecessary harresment of the police and there is specific time of surrender.

You have already get anticipatory bail from court.You have not to surrender in court.if police has arrest you they will not be able to keep you for a long time.they will give u bail as anticipatory bail has been granted.Since you want to surrender you can surrender and apply for regular bail.

The Higher Court if provides the time frame within which the petitioner has to surrender, the petitioner must surrender within that period or else by filing an application such time period may be prayed to be extended, else if The Court does not provide the time period, the petitioner should surrender early and without unreasonable delay, there is no time period provided for surrendering before the Learned Court below. In many of my matters, the petitioners successfully prayed before the Hon'ble Court and time period is extended by The Hon'ble Calcutta High Court. All the best. Regards
