Time lines in murder case for put case on charge

Murder case is not being put on charge during the last 5 dates, please let me know the possible reason that why it is happening , and what are the time lines for the same.
Is it must that case must be put on charge before HC grants bail in murder case
hello client as you are saying tht charge has not been framed till now in last 5 dates as wellana nobreasom haa been given for the same . as you sais you want bail from high couer without chargesheet . yes it ai possible from high court to get bail without cahrgesheet.. we xan do the need full kindly show us full documentation.

Charge has nothing to do with the procedure of bail ! Bail has no law n law time limit ..in non-bailable offences it’s court’s discretion to either grant bail or not ! … for the argument on charge there would b a specific date ..! Plz in touch
