time limit to file a criminal case

my sign was impersonated in the power of attorney by my cousin in 1994. can i file FIR NOW after so many years. is there any time limit

you must give a complaint in land crab department, then the officer calling for enquiry at the time you give a reasonable explanation about the case maybe conclusion will be get , ok ok the department action is not satisfied you must meet and cancel an advocate Near you are area
