Time limit to file a case of Cheque Bounce

Can anyone file a case of cheque bounce after 2 year of the cheque issued date?

Dear Client,
As per Negotiable Instrument Act, notice has to be issued within 30 days from bounce date. Post notice 15 days time given to accused for repayment. After completion of 15 days, within next 30 days case should be filed.
Any deviation to above stated timeline, cases are dismissed prima facie by the courts.
So answer to your question is NO. This is hopelessly timebarred matter.

Yes. You have file a Compliant after 2 years of the cheque isuued date for dishonoured. However, you did't file a Complaint as per Sec.138 of NI Act, but you can file a Complaint u/s.420 of the IPC without any limitation.
