Sir wat is the time for getting cc no from court after submitting charge sheet to court by police

Generally, it is 60 days when it is triable by magistrate and 90 days when it is triable by the sessions court. After framing of charges court will begin with trial if accused please not guilty alleged offences made against him / her.
