Is there any time limit prescribed under the Crpc or CPC for passing order after hearing final arguments? If court is not passing orders for more than 10 months, what legal remedy is available?

There are recourse in law but for that i need to know details of the case such as;
1. In what court is the matter listed
2. Nature of offence and order on charge
3. FIR and chargesheet
4. Details of the court proceedings
5. Is there a change of judge or any other extraneous circumstances.

As per law there is limit of six months for passing a judgement after hearing final argument.If court is not passing orders for more than 10 months after hearing you can move application for that in the court.

As such there is no time limit specified for passing an order after arguments but delayed orders may raise a suspicion in the minds of parties.... the most you can do is move an application for pre ponement of the date of hearing and could include in your submissions the request for passing of order as early as possible
