Threats of dowry and DV case from brother and his wife

Hello, My brother and her wife suddenly shifted to 1st floor of our house. We never had any kind of fight or argument with him or his wife. My brother is heavy drinker also. Now brother asking to transfer the property to him otherwise he and her wife will file false dowry and DV case against us. Is this really possible i.e. can her wife exclude her husband and file case agaisnt rest. Please advice , we are all very tense and have no clue wat to do. Is there any preventative measure for now and for future?
this is not possible to include brother and his wife who are living separetly in dowry and DV case refer to some latest development regarding 498-A only your father, mother and your brother can raised as accused. if possible you have to publish a no concern notice regarding your brother & his wife in any two national newspapers and also put CCTV Camera in your house premises for next safety step.

Yes she can file a case but husband ko vi party add Karna hoga case me..husband ko exclude nhi kar sakti.agar Kia to case maintable nhi hoga.u first move application before police and create evidence and show conspiracy ur brother and his wife
