Threats of arrest by I.O & asking of Rs. 50000 to remove the name

Sir mere against P.S MS Park (Shahdara District Delhi) me 498A, 406 & 34 me FIR register hui hai.nnMai I.O ko kafi approach kar chuka hu ki " mam mai investigation join karna chahta hu. Lekin wo investigation join nahi karne de rahi.nnAnd mujhe 4-5 baar thane me bula ke Rs.50000/- ki demand kar chuki hai.nnJab maine use mana kar diya toh mujhe arrest ki dhamki dene lagi and bolne lagi ki " jab teri wife ki sister complaint degi 354 ki to, Tu kya tera baap bhi paise dega"nnPlease

First of all if you are fearing that the IO might arrest you then in that case you must immediately apply for an anticipatory bail in the court. This will help you in case of arrest you will be released on personal bonds. And then report the behaviour of the IO to the higher authorities for the corruption. Dear sir As you are being harassed by the police official and I believe you have recorded the call of the IO threatening you. The said material is sufficient for us to initiate departmental enquiry upon the IO and this itself is sufficient for you to take anticipatory bail in order to avoid arrest.
