Threatening to file fake case against me

One of our residents wife threatened my wife to throw us out of our society due to a small fight between our children, but the residents wife said she will Complain and throw us out(we are tenants), when I spoke to her husband he threatened me that I will send you behind bars in fake case because I have high level police contacts because he deals with them on a regular basis and he is a government employee, please tell what to do j am a private employee

no need to worry. those who make the sound are empty inside. and the ones who make the loudest noise are the ones who do things quietly. they have no right and even no credibility ground to throw you out

kindly stop worrying about being a private employee or your neighbour being a govt employee. kindly note criminal law is equal for all class of people except if you are a minor or lunatic. having said that let me assure you that fake cases only lands the person who makes it in jeopardy. do not lose your sleep over such threats. complain to the police about the threats and sit back tight. if a false case is initiated you have two option either get the same quashed or file a discharge application after chargesheet. if you are acquitted then you can file defamation against him as well as well as other criminal prosecution for lodging false case against you
