Dear Sir, If everything was consensual, there is generally no criminal case Under Indian law, a romantic relationship between two consenting adults is not a crime. Politely send one clear message “Our relationship was consensual, and we both entered it willingly without any promise or pressure. I do not want any conflict. Please do not threaten me.” This creates written proof that you NEVER promised anything. ✔ (D) If she continues threatening You can file a GD (General Diary) or NCR with police to put on record that she is threatening you with false cases.
