A Friend of my sister’s helps her do some shopping. She paid back in installaments. Now he is threatening and asking more money, claiming more payment is due.
You can go for section 330 of ipc for hurting you or 596 of ipc for threatening you.. You can lodge a FIR against the person who is threatening compel to pay forcefully.. If you need more advice tell me complete facts or reach to me

as per contract sister's friend take money from me for th le purpose of shoping and the same amount to be given to me in instalment but not make the payment to me and threating to me for due amount as such sister's friend comitted criminal offence under section 506 ipc and she will be punished be under abow that section .
aggred peron/complaint give in concerned police station if the police has not lodged FIR otherwise file a complained against sister's friend
