Q: A person messages me and said me he is a CBI officer

A person text me on WhatsApp and said that their is a case against me for paid service and said me if you want to close this case you make a payment of rs 4800 on this QRCODE .AND SAID this code is of our sir account nPlease telle wheather i had to do the payment or not ?

if you are satisfied that any case is pending against you and satisfied for his services and and per your whatsaap message as abow menner. otherwise the amount sent by you for paid services be returnable .

Q: Replacement of the Broken screen because of poor build quality

My question is that recently my phone's screen broke with a negligible impact force. This has happened for the second time and my phone is not under warranty. Will I eligible to somehow compensate the amount?

no because your is not under garununty period. so that company os not libel for tha tha damage of your mobile phone screan however your phone scren is defected under manufacturing defect, in that situation company is also libel for th change of ur damage screan

Q: Transported vehicle not arrived even after 1 month and full payment

As per the agreement on receipt of Rs. 30,000 dated 25 Oct. 2022,delivering our vehicle at Kochi from Gurugao ,transport company charged us Rs. 30,000 . But, we have not received our vehicle so far. nDespite several calls and requests the company have only says different excuses. nNow, tgey says that vehicle is lying at the Bangalore depot. nnMeanwhile in they send us a video saying the vehicle is transported from bangalore, turns out video was fake. Also informed us that vehicle have reached final destination and collected entire amountEach day we are getting random excuses and turn it turns out we were getting lied everytimenWhat should i do? How do we get our car back and how can we sue these poepleWhat can i do in this situation

as per the agreement our vehicle should be reached through transport company but said transport company have not delivered the said vehicle as per agreement and made a different excuses so that you file suit against a transport company in consumer court for the negligence's in services and to compensate as well as rented the same vehicle in the same condition otherwise the company are libel for the same and also libel for the experience as mentel agony and mental harassment etc. by the transport company and also returned agreed amount of rs 30,000 along with intrest.

Q: Threatening Calls & messages over money

A Friend of my sister’s helps her do some shopping. She paid back in installaments. Now he is threatening and asking more money, claiming more payment is due.

as per contract sister's friend take money from me for th le purpose of shoping and the same amount to be given to me in instalment but not make the payment to me and threating to me for due amount as such sister's friend comitted criminal offence under section 506 ipc and she will be punished be under abow that section .aggred peron/complaint give in concerned police station if the police has not lodged FIR otherwise file a complained against sister's friend
