If you’re being threatened by a politician who is influencing the police to take unlawful actions, such as beating or filing a false case against you, this is a serious abuse of power. You should immediately file a complaint with higher police authorities, such as the Commissioner of Police, detailing the threats and the politician’s name. You can also approach the State Human Rights Commission or file a writ petition in the High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution for protection of your fundamental rights. It’s important to document any threats, including phone calls, messages, or witnesses. If the police act under political pressure, you can file a case against them for misconduct and abuse of power under Section 166 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Well, You do not need to worry about any threats from Political Lady. You file a case of Criminal Intimidation against her. You file other charges too to book her for committing offences under the sections of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
