Hi, I have come to know about some people who are trying to Attempt murder on my family. What legal recourse I can take and how can I get justice?

Sir, you have to lodge the complaint against the offenders without delay . if you lodge complaint before the police, they will give protection to you and your family members and also call upon them and initiate certain legal actions accordance with the law. don't worry.

Dear Sir, You can immediately lodge a complaint with Police Commissioner and also with Local Police disclosing names of suspected persons. If police do not support you may lodge private complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C before Magistrate directly.
