The property which u mentioned is it a joint property /ancestral or solely owned by u ?. U should file a criminal complaint case against him as the recordings are enough evidence and can be filled along with the complaint case. Register a complaint against him at the nearest police station. If the police refuse to accept the complaint or refuse to give you a receiving, then send it through registered post, marking a copy to the Superintendent of Police (SP) of your district as well.

lodge fir against criminal intimidation (threat to kill) mention evidence you have and make his motive clear for the property and if police refuse to lodge fir and file simple complaint then you can file it with the help of higher authority superintendent of police or can stand before honourable magistrate

You should immediately file an FIR at the nearest police station for criminal intimidation under IPC Sections 503 & 506( section 351 BNS), attaching the video as evidence.
