Threat Money asking to run my office

Some local goons asking money to run my office. They demanding money every month. Spoke to police. They want me to register a complaint. Can any one send me the bais of application.
you should immediately write a complaint to police mentioning every detail of the threat you have been experiencing from the alleged accused persons. you may also provide cctv if you have it installed at your office.

yes offcourse for the same you need to furnish the details and also needs to explain you greviances in a sequence wise as since when you are receiving threat. as the first complainant is the back bone of every case and it needs to de drafted very minutely to the point.
