Threat case of 9 years - a very traumatic experience for me

HiOne person had threatened me 9 years back and taken an apology letter from me by force. He had also circulated this letter to my office later and that is when I filed a non cognisable offence report against him in DelhiNow I live in Mumbai and this person lives in Lucknow. This experience was very traumatic and I still live in the trauma of thatHow can I teach him a lesson and recover that letter from him
