Threat calls received local contractor and ordering to leave the city

Dear Sir,nnI work in private company and our company is doing work in Gwalior. Now, the local contractor is threating me to leave the city or otherwise he will do something with me. pls tell me what can I do for this.

my preliminary opinion would be that first you should intimate the nearest police station or the police station where you are residing in about the facts of the case and the threats that you are getting from the person by mentioning the name . if you want I can draft this representation on your behalf .
