Hello,

If you think that the opposite party is involved in false testimony in the court and if you can prove the same, file a petition for perjury under Section 340 Cr.P.C and proceed with the case. The documents that suggest the act of false testimony by the party will help you as without seeing the statements of the party, it is difficult to suggest exactly as to what proof is required to prosecute the party.

you can apply to the court under section 340 crpc for the offences committed by them under 192 to 195 of IPC and you need to file a petition along with the depositions before the same court of trial within 1 month from the date of judgment

Hi
if the other person has lied on oath, you need to prove that the other person has lied on oath.
You are entitled to prosecute the person for lying under oath u/s 191 of IPC.
Please note that you need to prove that the other person is lying and also obtain a decree from the court that the other person has lied under oath for you to prosecute the person under section 191 of IPC.
Section 191 of IPC is a different proceeding all together and will be tried as a new case.
