This is regarding 498a case against entire family

My Brother's wife filed 498a case against my brother, father,mother,me and my husband. Though we stay far from them they included us in FIR. Later through police mediation we have agreed to some amount and had got signed by both parties on terms and conditions and applied for mutual divorce and withdrawal of cases. This was done by notary. Now they are demanding more amount else they are reluctant to withdraw cases against us. What can we do?

hi if they are not ready to settle the matter then you could file quash petition in the case after going through FIR and chargesheet and if the allegations are false then you could approach court seeking relief from the court
