This is false charges why framed against him

Good evening Sir/ Madam.
I saw one case it's related to my friend in 2015y against one false complaint was filed that complaint against him two ipc sections are there one is 509 and another 66a ... complainant was already compromised in police station.now police sent charget to court in 2018y.
Is this chargesheet accepted by the court after filling an FIR taken three years time to send chargesheet to court that to it is false complaint and one more thing complainant compromised in the police sta
hi if the police had filed chargesheet after the complainant had compromised the matter then you could file quash petition in court challenging the charge sheet and that the continuation of proceedings is bad in law
