There trying to pin 4th dui on my husband

The town me and my husband are from the law here has always gave my husband problems well back in 2022 my husband had got pulled over and they gave him dui and no seat belt well there trying to say it's his four dui and I mean his got a valid driver's license still to this day but last week day of 5/15/24 they put him on house arrest for four DUI's and Mississippi highway patrol dont even got him having one plus they came to our home and picked him up and took him to jail for two weeks before

this case does not pertain to India so I think the best advice can be from a person who has the knowledge of the Laws in USA...It is better if the question can be directed to the the advocate practicing in USA unless you have specific queries regarding Indian law
