There is a case where the FIR contains all the relevant text which doesn't support the guy. What i want to say is that normally in an FIR legal words are not really used. Recently i saw an FIR where it was a false promise to marry case but the FIR was very well drafted, though the prosecutrix doesnt have any proof of it but if you read the FIR you will feel that all words are coming from various judgements, but a mistake which i saw is the relationship was 9 months and she placed false promise to marry word in the middle which is 4 months into relationship and also wrote statements which cant be proven by her. Many lawyers know that girls statement is enough without proof and hence to punish the guy who really has not done any false promise or have done any rape he would be stuckPlease note the girl or prosecutrix is a 40 year old lady who is a chief scientist in a very well known organization and had told the boy that i will see your end nWhat is your say on this Advocates ?
