The company done the fraud with me for holidays membership.

First of all rather than going legally you should serve your company a legal notice and in that notice you can write down your grievances regarding the fraudulent acts done by them. After that if he fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a case in the court to claim your compensation.

please file a consumer complaint against the company. who fraud with you under consumer protection act 2019 .and fraud company know the power of consumer. I request you to please file a consumer complaint in you judictation
