Teacher abusing, harming student in school

22-Nov-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Is it legal for teachers to harm students? In my previous school, the teachers were very abusive. They'd always try to seek opportunities to abuse, harm students. Not all the teachers were abusive but most of them were. And one science teacher was specifically abusive in a way that can't be explained. And the abusive ones would try to target students to further harass them. If I seek to take legal action, how long will it take for the case to reach the court and also get settled?

For general information, yes you can take legal action against a teacher. The duration to settle or complete the legal process can not be predicted at this moment because the data given by you are not sufficient. Feel free to contact with proper fees for further information.
