yes. non compoundable offences can be compromised but only in the court with the permission of the judge. it cannot be done out of court ss it requires order from the respective court before which your case is being heard

No, Non Compoundable Offences cannot be compromised between the parties. Compoundable Offences can be compromised under Sec 320 of the CRPC. Compoundable Offences are such Offences which can be compromised before the Court.
