Summon Witness (court of additional district and session judge Kolkata

14-Mar-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My 70-year-old mother had rented out-house (small low roof two rooms outside the main house) to two young people in Kalyani, Nadia , West Bengal.(small town near Kolkata) These two people turned out to be thieves/criminals who were hiding there and police came and arrested them from my mother's place. My mother used to stay alone at that time. She also suffer from diabetes and undergone several surgeries. She allowed them to stay without any documents so the police warned her at that time. Now ,she got a warrant from the court (summons to witness) and the court asked her to appear on 15th March, 10 am. It is not possible for her to travel to kolkata and stay in the court for whole day as she is not in good health. Moreover those two guys just stayed in the out-house and she did not know any information about them and cannot help in this case anyway. They committed offence in 394/397/411 as per the warrant. Please guide me on what to do.

In which court the case is going on and then you need to appear on that day in the court and ask for time as well as to give her medical details as she is not good health so it is not possible for her to come to court.
