Yes. I can help you understand it and explain what you should do. But I need to see the actual summons first. The fact that you have received a summons does not by itself mean that you have committed a crime or that you will be convicted. The Sealdah Court does have an Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah, South 24-Parganas, so the court name on your document is plausible.

“A summons from the Court does not mean that you have committed the offence or that you are already guilty. It is important to first examine the summons carefully—particularly the Case No., sections of law invoked, date of appearance, complainant’s name and the court’s order issuing the summons. The case may have arisen from an FIR, complaint case or other proceeding, and the exact procedure depends upon the offences alleged. Call of Action: Do not ignore the summons. Engage a criminal-law advocate immediately and obtain the complete case record/complaint, FIR (if any), and the order issuing summons. Your advocate should verify whether personal appearance is mandatory or whether an application for exemption from personal appearance can be filed. If the alleged offences are bailable/non-bailable, the appropriate bail/protection strategy should also be considered. After examining the records, appropriate remedies—including discharge, quashing or contesting the allegations at the proper stage—can be considered. Simply receiving a summons does not establish guilt.”
