MY BROTHER DIED IN WATER WELL BY DROWNING IN MARCH 2019 . EVENING 6 PM .
THAT TIME ON AGRI FARM ONLY 2 PERSONS WERE PRESENT MY BROTHER AND HIS WIFE .
WIFE SAYS HE DID SUICIDE BY JUMPING IN WELL . BUT I FEEL SUSPICIOUS AS SHE NEVER GOES TO FARM AND ESPECIALLY EVENING TIME .
POLICE CASE CLOSED AS SUICIDE
I FEEL IT MAY BE MURDER .
CAN WE RE INVESTIGATE THE CASE AGAIN .
IF YES WHAT IS THE PROCESS .
THANKS FOR SUPPORT AND JUSTICE FOR VICTIM .
Well, you have to file a Private Criminal Complaint & as such, have to make prayers in it :
1. To order Police to appoint new Investigation Officer.
2. To order Police to open the case again & to reinvestigate the whole case.
