Suicide case by man who lends money to other 3 person

One person had done Suicide and write suicide note with 4 person named on in it including one real brother.... Person mention in note that 3 person own his money and not returning but giving threat to kill and his brother involve with them(other 3) but he(brother) didn't own money... I want to ask if person want to settle after fir of 306 then we can settle with them by taking our money back? Or we can try to settle before the fir... because deceased person wife not want to make enemy family of his husband ... What best she can do ... If she leave one person then we can't file 306 on other 3.. because police says on basis of suicide note they file fir on all 4..... Please can any respected sir/mam give best advice
